At Dolce Roses, we want you to absolutely love your purchase. But if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

💌 Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 60 days only for:

  • Items that arrive damaged or are the wrong size.

Please note:

  • Items must be returned in tracked parcels, Dolce Roses is not responsible for any lost goods in transit.
  • All items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

🕒 Order Cancellations

Need to cancel your order? You can request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. While we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, we can’t guarantee cancellation if the order has already been processed or shipped.

✅ Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered under these conditions:

  • The item received is completely different from what was ordered (e.g., wrong size, color, or product).
  • The item is damaged upon arrival.

To be eligible:

  • The item must have been purchased directly from Dolce Roses.
  • A refund request must be made within 60-days of receiving your package.
